Doctor's Commentary

"Many patients believe that an aesthetic smile is impossible without expensive veneers. However, modern aesthetic filling allows achieving impressive results. It's not just simple filling – it's the restoration of tooth shape, color and natural relief. Every detail is carefully thought out so that the tooth looks alive and harmonious. The biggest advantage of this method is minimal invasiveness: we restore what is lost while preserving healthy tooth tissues."

Aesthetic filling process

What Is Artistic Filling?

It is a procedure during which the natural tooth appearance is restored layer by layer using highest quality composite materials (fillings). Unlike simple filling, materials of different translucency and color intensity are used here, imitating tooth dentin and enamel.

  • Invisible restoration (chameleon effect)
  • Natural tissues are preserved
  • Performed in one visit

Procedure Process

Meticulous work in details ensuring long-lasting result.

1

Color Selection

Using a special palette, we select the exact tooth color so that the filling becomes invisible.

2

Preparation

We remove old poor-quality fillings or decay. We isolate the tooth with a rubber dam from moisture.

3

Layering

Artistic work – we restore tooth anatomy, cusps and grooves layer by layer.

4

Polishing

We give the tooth shine so that it does not differ from natural enamel shine.

When is Aesthetic Filling Recommended?

Worn Teeth

We restore teeth worn down due to grinding (bruxism), returning their initial height and shape.

Gaps Between Teeth

We close unwanted gaps (diastemas) between front teeth without orthodontic treatment.

Chipped Corners

We invisibly restore chipped tooth corners after trauma or accidents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do aesthetic fillings change color?

Modern materials are very resistant to staining. However, like natural teeth, they can slightly darken from coffee, wine or smoking. Regular hygiene and polishing (once a year) keep them in ideal condition.

How long does aesthetic filling last?

Quality aesthetic filling lasts 7-10 years and longer. Over time, with natural wear, they can be easily corrected or polished without changing the entire restoration.

Is the procedure painful?

Usually the procedure is completely painless, as often drilling isn't even needed. If decay needs to be removed, we use local anesthesia, so you won't feel anything.
